Frequently asked questions
Account & Billing
How do I change my plan or payment method?
Sign in and open Membership, then choose Manage billing. Lemon Squeezy handles your subscription and payment details. If the change you need is unavailable there, contact us below.
How do I cancel my membership?
Open Membership and choose Manage billing to cancel through Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation stops your next renewal and does not delete your journal. Your paid access continues through the end of your current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable, including unused time on an annual membership.
I paid, but my membership has not updated. What should I do?
Give the confirmation a few minutes, then refresh Membership. Please do not start a second checkout. If it still has not updated, send us the email used at checkout and the payment date. Never send card details.
How do I close my account?
Cancel any active subscription in Manage billing first, and download your journal backup from Membership. Account closure permanently deletes your Daily Five account data. If the closure control is unavailable, contact support; Lemon Squeezy may retain transaction records under its own policy.
Journal & Privacy
Who can see my journal entries and photos?
Your journal entries and photos belong to your signed-in account; they are not published as public pages. Please do not include private journal text, photos, or passwords in a support request.
How do I export my journal?
Sign in, open Membership, and choose Download journal backup. The JSON download includes your journal entries and their photos. Keep that file somewhere private. It is a journal backup, not a complete export of every Daily Five feature.
I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
Use Forgot your password? and enter the email on your Daily Five account. Check your spam or junk folder for the reset link. If no email arrives or recovery is unavailable, contact us using the form below.
Technical Troubleshooting
A page will not load or save. What should I try?
Check your connection, refresh the page once, and sign in again if asked. If a save failed, look for a confirmation before trying it again. If the problem continues, tell us which page you were on, what you clicked, and the exact error message. Please leave private journal content out of the report.
I still see an older version of a page. How do I refresh it?
Reload the page. If it still looks outdated, close and reopen the browser tab or try a private browsing window. Clearing cached site files may help; clearing cookies will sign you out.
Which browsers can I use?
Use an up-to-date version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on your phone, tablet, or computer. If something behaves differently on a particular device, include its browser and version in your bug report.
Can I use Daily Five offline?
No. An internet connection is needed to sign in and save your journal or habits.
